I need a spare transformer for my pre-lit tree?Updated 21 days ago

If the lights on your pre-lit Christmas tree have stopped working, we're here to help. Please visit our troubleshooting page, which can be found here, and follow the instructions provided.

After following the troubleshooting steps, if none of the sections on your tree light up, or some of the lights across the tree don't work, you may need a new transformer.

If the lights have stopped working on just one section, it is recommended to disconnect and reconnect all the wires to test the connection.

We provide a 1-year guarantee on all our electrical products. This includes our Christmas lights, LED blossom trees and fibre optic trees as well as the lights used on our pre-lit trees. So if you spot any fault with your electrical products, just let us know and we will replace the part FOC within the first year of your purchase. This does not include damage caused by mishandling, using a product for an unintended use, or incorrect storage whilst in your possession.

For any replacement transformers outside of the warranty period, there is a £10 charge.
