If you have placed an order before creating an account with us then, unfortunately, the order will not be visible when you log in to your account.
If you have placed an order using an existing account, then the order will show when you log in.
If, for whatever reason, you cannot see the order you have placed. Do not worry, you can contact our customer service team who can update you on the status of your order.
Regardless of whether you have an account or not, you will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a shipping notification once it is dispatched.
