In order to proceed with an exchange for the correct item, you must fill out our return form here. Please be sure to attach photos of the incorrectly received item so that we can process your request promptly.

You can select a suitable day for the incorrect parcel to be collected and sent back to us, then we will dispatch the correct item as soon as possible.
