What should I do if I accidentally order multiple items?Updated a month ago

If you accidentally order multiple of the same item, please contact us as soon as possible to rectify the issue.

If your item(s) have already been dispatched, then we are not able to amend the order as it will already be on its way to you. In order to fulfil a return for one of the items, you must fill out our return form.

You can select a suitable day for one of the parcels to be collected and sent back to us, then we will refund you for it after receipt at our warehouse.
