What is the process for returning an item?Updated 6 hours ago
Please check you item(s) as soon as they arrive to ensure everything is satisfactory, as our return window is 14 days from the delivery date.
- Firstly, we require you to fill out the return form here. If you are having trouble with this, contact us and we can help.
- You are required to select the relevant items, and the reason for your return.
- Ensure that you de-select any items you are not wanting to return:

- You can opt for our collection service (£15), a pre-paid label for a post office drop-off (£15), or returning with your own courier.
- If your items arrived damaged/faulty or you are wanting an exchange for a different tree, returns are free-of-charge.
- If you have selected our collection service, you are required to select a date (Mon-Fri) that you will be available for a courier to come for the parcel. They can come anytime between 9am and 5pm
- If you have a busy schedule and cannot be home for a collection, please contact us so that we can send you the pre-paid label for a post office drop-off.
- If you have selected 'self return with my own courier', please send us proof of postage as soon as possible so that we can issue your refund.
- We will issue the relevant refund/exchange amount upon receiving the items back at our warehouse.
