Pre-ordering is the best way for you to ensure that you get your favourite tree at the best price. Stocks are limited on all of our products, so once it's gone, it's gone.

Our most popular products can sometimes all be sold on pre-order, meaning the only way to ensure you get one is to purchase it in advance.

- Any product currently on pre-order will have an 'estimated date of delivery'.

- Payment is taken at the point of ordering, as it would with a usual order.

- Pre-order dates are estimated and might be subject to change due to unforeseen     circumstances.

- You are welcome to cancel your pre-order at any time, up until the item coming into stock.

- Once we receive the product in stock, we prioritise and dispatch them ASAP.
