Why Pre-Order?

Pre-ordering is the best way for you to ensure that you get your favourite tree at the best price. Stocks are limited on all of our products, so once we have sold out, that is it until next year! Our most popular products can sometimes all be sold on pre-order, meaning the only way to ensure you get one is to purchase it as a pre-order.

Below are some of the benefits of pre-ordering.

• Get the best price; the earlier you buy, the better, as you can take advantage of early-season sale prices before discounts are reduced leading up to the big day!
• Get your perfect tree; pre-ordering allocates incoming stock to your order, meaning you don't need to worry about missing out on your favourite tree due to it selling out!

Pre-order information

• Any product currently on pre-order will have an estimated date of arrival label and the add-to-cart button will say PRE-ORDER ME! 

• Payment is taken at the point of ordering, as with a usual order, to reserve the stock.
• All dates given are estimated dates, and for any changes, you will be notified by email.
• You are free to cancel your pre-order at any time until it has been dispatched for a full refund.
• Once we take delivery of the stock, we will post your order to you ASAP and provide you with the courier name and a tracking number.
