Tracking says 'delivered' but I do not have my tree!Updated a day ago

If your parcel has been marked as 'delivered', be sure to check the tracking for some further information about where it could be (neighbour/safe space). More often than not, there will be a delivery photo and signature to help you identify the whereabouts of your delivery.

If you cannot locate it after checking around your property, please contact the courier to see if they can provide some further information for you.
