For assistance with pre-lit Christmas tree lights, we recommend you watch the following video to ensure the lights are connected properly before reporting a fault to us.

In the vast majority of cases, it is usually due to incorrect wiring of the connectors.

Connecting your pre-lit Christmas tree lights:

If you notice individual lights that are not lit-up on one section only, try disconnecting and reconnecting that section to ensure it has been connected correctly.

If you notice only individual lights here and there that are not lit-up on every section, it is likely that you will require a replacement transformer.
