The courier wont deliver my parcel due to 'insufficient address'.Updated a day ago

If have noticed that your order is stuck in transit due to the address being insufficient, please contact us as soon as possible.

You cannot contact the courier yourself to amend an address, so somebody in our team will have to do that on your behalf.

In most cases, if your postcode is wrong or the first line has been voided, your original parcel will be returned to sender by the courier. Do not worry, we can correct the address and dispatch a new order to you.

In some cases, couriers will contact us or hold parcels at their depot till the address has been confirmed.

In order to ensure a smooth delivery of your anticipated tree, make sure your address is correct when placing the order.


Please note: we use independent couriers to fulfil deliveries, and our customer service team has no control over matters relating to shipping. If you have a complaint regarding a negative delivery experience, please forward it to the courier company directly.
