If your tree has any other broken parts that need replacing, more often than not, we can send you a spare part to fix it. 

We aim to deliver all in-stock orders within three working days.

Items are typically dispatched the next working day and delivered within 48 hours of leaving our warehouse.

Please note, peak-time periods may take slightly longer due to high demand in the warehouse.

Alternatively, if you have chosen a 'preferred shipment date' at checkout, then we dispatch your order on the date you selected, and you receive it within 48 hours after that chosen date.
