My order is taking longer than anticipated to be dispatched.Updated 11 hours ago

Peak-time periods may take slightly longer than usual for dispatch due to high demand in the warehouse.

If you have not received an email stating that your order has been dispatched, please allow us some extra time, especially during November when an further day may be required to process the order.

You will receive an email with the tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, then you can check the courier's website for a more detailed tracking of the shipment.

We use express courier service, so once your item is dispatched, it will arrive within 48 hours.
