In some cases, orders may be split into multiple packages due to space constraints. If this happens, the remainder of your order is typically scheduled to arrive shortly after the first.

If the remaining items do not arrive, please contact us so we can investigate further with the courier.

If your purchase included a tree with smaller items, such as a tree bag or lights, this is often included inside the largest parcel (usually the tree).

We package our parcels together to reduce the number of delivery issues and increase the efficiency of our delivery service.

You should be sure to check carefully for any box which has some extra packaging tape on it. This can sometimes look like a clear sticker with 'Additional Items Packed Inside' or words to that effect written on it.

If you ordered a bag along with a tree, be sure to check under the folds at the end of the tree box for it, as it is often missed at first glance.
