If your purchase includes a tree with smaller items, such as a tree bag or lights, this is often inside the largest parcel.

If you ordered a bag along with a tree, be sure to check under the folds at the end of the tree box for it, as it is often missed at first glance.

You should be sure to check carefully for any box which has some extra packaging tape on it. This can sometimes look like a clear sticker with 'Additional Items Packed Inside' or words to that effect written on it.
