If you are facing issues with placing a new order, here are some suggestions:
- Ensure all of the fields marked with an asterisk (*) are correctly filled out.
- Check that your phone number is written in the format '44----------' with no spaces.
- Make sure you have selected your desired payment method, and filled out the required spaces.
- Ensure you have ticked the box to accept our 'terms and conditions'.
If you are still experiencing trouble, we recommend closing the check-out and re-opening it to try again.
Lastly, if the problem persists, you can contact our sales team who would be more than happy to place the order for you and send you the invoice via email.
Please note: We do not take card payment over the phone to adhere to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS)
