If you have returned your Christmas tree using our returns portal, our accounts team will issue the appropriate refund once the item(s) have been returned to us.

If you have simply had a change of heart after placing an order, we are happy to help cancel the order, and issue you a full refund immediately.

Refunds typically take 3 - 10 business days to process, though they can be faster or slower depending on the bank, and type of payment.
