We aim to deliver all in-stock orders within three working days.
Items are typically dispatched the next working day and delivered within 48 hours of leaving our warehouse.
Please note, peak-time periods may take slightly longer due to high demand in the warehouse.
Alternatively, if you have chosen a 'preferred shipment date' at checkout, then we dispatch your order on the date you selected, and you receive it within 48 hours after that chosen date.
If you have had an email advising that your order has been dispatched, then you can track your order by using the link in your dispatch email.
If you have not received an email stating that your order has been dispatched, please allow us some extra time to dispatch the order, especially during November when an extra day may be required to process the order.
