How do I order a spare part?Updated a month ago

If your tree has any broken parts that need replacing, more often than not, we can send you a spare part to fix it. You will need to contact us in order to fulfil this request.

If it is electrical, we provide a 1-year guarantee on our products, so if you spot any fault with your electrical products just let us know and we will replace the part within the first year of your purchase.

We offer a full 10-year guarantee on foliage, therefore we can replace any faulty tree branches within the 10-year period.

Please note: This does not include damage caused by mishandling, using a product for an unintended use, or incorrect storage whilst in your possession.

For any replacement parts outside of warranty, the prices are as follows:

Transformer plug: £10

Connector cable: £15

Replacement tree stand: £15 - £25 (size dependant)

Replacement bolts: £5

Replacement tree sections: £30 - £70 (size dependant)

We aim to deliver all spare part orders within three working days.

Items are typically dispatched the next working day and delivered within 48 hours of leaving our warehouse.

Please note, peak-time periods may take slightly longer due to high demand in the warehouse.
