Do I need a parcel label for a return?Updated a day ago

If you have selected our courier collection service, you will not need a label because the driver will provide one upon collecting. All that we ask is to cover/remove the original postage label to ensure the parcel is not redelivered back to you.

If you have opted for a post office drop-off, contact us to send you the pre-paid label.

If you are using your own courier, you will be provided a label by the chosen courier for the return.
