Delivery issue - missing item from my order. Where is my other item?Updated 3 months ago

Q) I have received my order but an item has not been delivered. Where is my other item?  - A box is missing. No tree Bag. No Lights. A parcel short. A parcel was not delivered. I ordered a few items but only received one or two parcels. One of my parcels has not been delivered.

A) If your purchase included a tree and smaller items such as tree bag or lights, this is often included inside the largest parcel, which is usually the tree.   We package our parcels together to reduce the number of delivery issues and increase the efficiency of our delivery service, as often small items can be handled differently and may result in items arriving from different courier deliveries, which has proved to be more costly and problematic.

You should be sure to check carefully for any box which has some extra packaging tape on it. This can sometimes look like a clear sticker with "Additional Items Packed Inside" or words to that effect written on it.

If you ordered a bag along with a tree this is sometimes inserted at one end of the tree box so the parcel will have a different coloured tape over it. Be sure to check under the folds at the end of the tree box for it, as it is often missed at first glance.
