Can you divert my parcel to an alternative address?Updated 6 hours ago
Once your order has been dispatched, it is out of our hands and your delivery address can no longer be changed.
If you aren't going to be home to take your delivery, our couriers automatically re-attempt three times before holding your parcel(s) at the depot.
If you need to divert your delivery to a neighbour/safe space/post office, you will need to request that directly with the courier.
