In some cases, if your tree has any broken parts that need replacing, we can send you a spare part to fix it.
If the suitable solution is to send you a new item, in order to proceed with an exchange, you must fill out our return form here. Please be sure to attach photos of the damaged item so that we can process your request promptly.
You can select a suitable day for the faulty goods to be collected and sent back to us, then we will dispatch a brand-new item as soon as possible.
